What are MegalinkTrader's delivery charges?
Our standard delivery fee ranges from PKR 249 to PKR 399 when using the Open Parcel method. For prepaid orders above PKR 5,000, delivery is absolutely free. COD orders follow the same rate card.
Does MegalinkTrader ship internationally?
Currently we serve Pakistan only, covering all major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and Peshawar. International expansion is under review.
How do I track my order online?
Simply log into your MegalinkTrader account → “My Orders”. You'll find real-time tracking status and courier details. Quick link: https://megalinktrader.com/account
Can I see my order's packaging video?
Yes! Once your order status changes to “in transit”, visit Account → Orders → Order ID to watch the dedicated packaging video, ensuring complete transparency.
Cancellations & Modifications
How can I cancel my order?
Call our helpline at 021-111-634-265 or email support@megalinktrader.com. If already dispatched, you may refuse the parcel at delivery — advance refunds will be processed minus processing fee.
Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
Once an order is confirmed, the delivery address is locked. You must cancel the order (free cancellation before dispatch) and reorder with the correct address. Already paid amounts will be refunded.
When will I get my refund after cancellation?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the item reaches our Returns Center. The timeline depends on your payment method (bank/card/wallet).
Is the processing fee refundable if I cancel?
For customer-initiated cancellations, the processing fee is non-refundable. However, if we cancel due to stock unavailability, you receive a full refund + processing fee.

How do I create a MegalinkTrader account?
Visit megalinktrader.com/login, enter your mobile number or email, receive OTP, and complete your profile. Email is mandatory for order confirmations and support.
What if I don't receive the OTP due to poor network?
Click “Resend OTP” after 30 seconds. Ensure you have a stable internet/cellular connection. You can also try using WhatsApp OTP or email verification.
Is an email address mandatory?
Yes, a valid email is mandatory. All order updates, packaging videos, and return instructions are sent via email for security and documentation.
Returns & Replacement
What is MegalinkTrader's return policy?
Returns are accepted for: 1) Wrong product delivered (different from order), 2) Defective or physically damaged product. Visit our full Returns Policy for step-by-step guidance.
Can I return a product if I don't like it (change of mind)?
No, returns are only applicable for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. We recommend carefully checking product details before ordering.
How long does a refund or replacement take?
Typically 5 to 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Replacement shipping may take additional 2–3 days depending on stock.
Does MegalinkTrader pick up returns from my home?
We provide a Return CN (Consignment Note) via email. You may be requested to drop the parcel at your nearest courier office. Contact support for home pickup options in major cities.
Why was my return request declined?
Common reasons: ❌ No unboxing video provided, ❌ Issue reported after 3 days of delivery, ❌ The reported issue doesn't match our return criteria. Always record an unboxing video for high-value orders.
Where can I find the refund request form?
Visit https://megalinktrader.com/account/orders, select “Refund Orders” and click “Request Refund”. Fill the required details and submit — our team will review.
Payments
What online payment methods are accepted?
We accept All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), One Link, Bank Transfers, and EasyPaisa/JazzCash (coming soon). Secure SSL encryption is used for all transactions.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Absolutely! You can pay via Cash on Delivery at the time of parcel arrival. COD is available nationwide, with Open Parcel inspection in select cities.
Does MegalinkTrader offer installment plans (EMI)?
Yes! We provide Easy Monthly Installments (BNPL) on orders of PKR 10,000 or more. Visit megalinktrader.com/bnpl for full details and partner banks.
Who is eligible for EMI / BNPL?
EMI plans are available for credit card holders only (minimum spend PKR 10,000). The card must be issued by one of our partner banks: Bank Alfalah, Faysal Bank, JS Bank, MCB, Silk Bank, UBL.
What if my bank rejects the EMI conversion?
In such cases, the full amount will be charged to your card as a standard transaction. EMI approval is solely at the discretion of your issuing bank.
Coupons & Promotions
How can I apply a coupon code?
On the cart page before checkout, enter your coupon code in the “Promo Code” field and click Apply. Discount will be reflected immediately. Note: coupons can't be combined.
Buy Now Pay Later (Installments)
What are the exact conditions for BNPL?
✅ Order value ≥ PKR 10,000 ✅ Valid credit card from: Alfalah, Faysal, JS Bank, MCB, Silk Bank, UBL ✅ Customer must be 18+ years old. Processing fee applies.
My BNPL session expired. What to do?
Simply log into your MegalinkTrader account, go to “Pending Payments” and click “Pay Now”. You can resume the BNPL checkout without losing the order.
Can I use a debit card for installments?
No, only credit cards are supported for EMI conversion. Debit cards deduct the full amount immediately without installment facility.
Why is my full amount reserved by the bank?
Banks temporarily block the full amount to secure the transaction. As you pay monthly installments, the blocked amount reduces. Contact your bank for more clarity on hold policies.
Refund on cancelled BNPL order: processing fee?
If customer cancels → Processing fee is non-refundable. If MegalinkTrader cancels (out of stock etc) → Full refund including processing fee will be issued.
Why is my BNPL request automatically rejected?
BNPL fails if the total payable amount (product + EMI markup + service charges + processing fee) exceeds your available credit card limit.
Open Parcel Delivery
Does MegalinkTrader offer Open Parcel?
Yes, exclusively! Open parcel service is available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi. You can inspect outer box condition and product seal before payment.
What are the service charges for open parcel?
A flat fee of PKR 300 is added when selecting open parcel delivery method. This ensures the inspection service and secure handling.
Can I break the manufacturer's seal before paying?
You may check the box condition, company seal, colour, and model displayed on the outside. However, you cannot break the original seal to check internal components, physical appearance, or functionality — this preserves product authenticity and hygiene.
