πŸ”Ή How do I track my order?
Log into your MegalinkTrader account β†’ My Orders β†’ click on the order ID to see real-time tracking details. You will also receive SMS/email updates from our courier partners.
πŸ”Ή What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for wrong/damaged/defective products. You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery and provide an unboxing video. Change of mind returns are not accepted. Refund takes 5-7 working days after inspection.
πŸ”Ή Can I pay with Cash on Delivery?
Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. You can also pay via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer.
πŸ”Ή How do I buy on installments (BNPL)?
Add a product worth PKR 10,000 or more to cart β†’ checkout β†’ select Installment (EMI) as payment method β†’ choose your bank and tenure β†’ enter credit card details. Visit our BNPL page for full guide.
πŸ”Ή What is Open Parcel Delivery?
Open Parcel allows you to inspect the outer box, seal, and colour before paying. Available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi for PKR 300. You cannot break the manufacturer seal before payment.
πŸ”Ή I didn’t receive my OTP. What to do?
Click on β€œResend OTP” after 30 seconds. Ensure strong network signal. You can also request OTP via email or contact our support team for manual verification.
