These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MegaLinkTrader.com (the “Website”), operated by MegaLinkTrader (Pvt) Ltd. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

MegaLinkTrader is an e‑commerce platform offering electronics, mobiles, accessories, and lifestyle products across Pakistan. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. MegaLinkTrader is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. If a product is mispriced, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order.

Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), bank transfers, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and OneLink. For installment plans (BNPL/EMI), additional terms apply – see our BNPL page.

MegaLinkTrader reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized reselling, or violation of our policies.

We currently deliver to all major cities in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and more. Estimated delivery times: 2–5 business days for metropolitan areas and 3–7 days for remote locations.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Open Parcel service is available in select cities (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi) for a nominal fee of PKR 300, allowing you to inspect the outer packaging before payment. Breaking the manufacturer seal before payment is prohibited – please refer to our Open Parcel policy.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events are not our liability.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• ✅ The product is different from what was ordered.
• ✅ The product is defective or damaged upon arrival (physical damage, missing parts).
• ❌ Change of mind or “I don’t like it” is not eligible for return.

You must report any issue within 3 days of delivery and provide an unboxing video as proof. Return requests without unboxing video will be declined. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Processing fees are non-refundable on customer-initiated cancellations. For more details, visit our Returns Policy page.

You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting our support team. After dispatch, you can refuse delivery. Cancellation fees: processing fee is non-refundable for customer-initiated cancellations. If we cancel due to stock unavailability, a full refund including processing fee will be issued.

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be modified. You must cancel and reorder with the correct address.

MegaLinkTrader offers Easy Monthly Installments (EMI) for credit card holders of partner banks (Bank Alfalah, Faysal Bank, JS Bank, MCB, Silk Bank, UBL). Minimum order value: PKR 10,000. Processing fee and service charges apply.

If your bank rejects the EMI conversion, the full amount will be charged. By using BNPL, you authorize us to share transaction details with the respective bank. Cancellation of BNPL orders follows the same refund rules; processing fee is non-refundable for customer cancellations.

All content on MegaLinkTrader.com (text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions) is the property of MegaLinkTrader or its content suppliers and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, MegaLinkTrader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.

We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. Product images are for illustration only; actual products may vary slightly.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information (name, address, email, phone number) solely to process orders, provide support, and improve our services. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your use of the Website or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
